We have been working with a wonderful woman who runs a cleaning service for nearly a year now. Her team does a nice job, but they’re never on time. They’re generally an hour or two late. I completely understand that this is normal, and it wasn’t a big deal pre-WFH and pre-baby. Now we don’t have the same flexibility to accommodate a change in her schedule. Where should I look to find a weekly or biweekly service that will come at the agreed upon time?

Hello! My mother is self employed and is accepting new clients. She’s been in the cleaning business for 25 years and loves what she does! If your interested please let me know and I can give you my email so I can give you so more information.

A housekeeper or service that gets there first thing in the morning can be on time. Anyone coming later in the day will be on time or later, depending on how their morning goes.

+1
This is an excellent point here.

Never worked for my bestie. Her housekeeping service was scheduled for 8am weekly. They were never on time (30 minutes late or more) and my friend put up with it 3 times and let them go.

Taking care of you is a full time job if you don't clean up after yourself.

You only change the cat litter once per month?! I wouldn’t want to be in your home, let alone work in there!

Except for the lawn raking these are normal chores that tale a normal adult about an hour a day.

What is wrong with you?

It's shocking to know you don't lift even a finger at your own house.

I assume she means like switch out the litter entirely and clean the boxes once a month. And isn’t this list the point of a daily housekeeper? To do the annoying chores you don’t feel like doing?

Not being snarky but why do you care when they come? Ours comes between 9-10 and stays for approx 3 hours. I make it work.
