Is the US embassy in France honoring visa appointments?

| I just heard from the au pair we matched with a full year ago that at least some of the September appointments are being canceled. She has an October appt though it doesn't seem like it will do much good while the travel ban is in place. Anyone have any intel on visas to French applicants? |
