Our Au Pair is trying to decide if she wants to extend for 9 or 12 months. If she leaves before 12 months will she still have her flight paid for by by the agency? Also will she still have the 30 travel period? Is there anything I should know as host parent? We are with Au Pair in America.

Yes, she will.

It's better to extend for 12 and then if she wants, she can still leave earlier.

Anything after the first 12 months is considering 'completing the program'. they will pay for her flight.

The agency fee you pay is more if you request 12 months and she only stays for 9 months (in my experience)
