Anyone have the name of a good immigration attorney would can help with an aupair applying for the National Interest Exemption?

I thought this was a simple process, what do you need an attorney for? just curious as someone who might apply soon..

I've heard people are being denied visas for "not enough special needs experience". I am curious how successful people have been and what wording they use in their letters.

OP here. No, I found examples of letters online and submitted without needing a five minute chat with an attorney. I didn't think we needed extensive counsel but considering our company was giving very little, I was concerned.

The injunction helps to open embassies for appointments, but having the NIE will help an applicant get an appointment at the embassy earlier (from another family, who knows if it is true)
