No contact from agency after signing up?

| I’m looking to switch to a new agency and submitted a “info request” form with Au Pair Care. It’s been a week and I haven’t had any contact from anyone there. Is this normal? |

| I’d suggest calling. Let them know that you want to switch agencies, ask them to waive the initial fee so that you can look at the pool. |

It took them 3 days to finally send something, and the first communication was a request for documentation proving our “switch” from another agency.
I have still not heard from the LCC who I emailed separately and who was (allegedly) contacted by the “hq” contact as well. Not sure that bodes very well for APC and our potential lcc. |
