Has APIA started rematching Massachusetts au pairs yet?

I'm registered with APIA but can't see rematches-- asked them to add that feature to my account, but they haven't. Not seeing a ton of APIA rematch candidates from MA on FB groups either-- are they just moving slowly on this? I thought the agencies would be desperate to place all these rematch candidates, but APIA sure doesn't seem to be trying very hard.

I've asked APIA to let me see rematches in previous years, but for some reason they never get around to doing it before I've matched in another agency. YMMV.

Have you had your home visit/background check? APIA would not let me look at rematches until after that.

Isn't the background check after matching/ after I pay them? I haven't matched yet. Had a home visit, have moved since then (in the same cluster), but no one has said I need another home visit to see rematches.

There were about 5 posted just today on the rematch page.

I think you’re right about the background check but if you’re in a new home and cluster I am pretty sure you need the home visit before they’ll display the rematches with you. Just went through this so just stay on top of the LCC to schedule it.

And even more tonight. I feel bad they are getting the rug pulled out from under them right before the holidays. Many of them only have until jan1 to rematch.
