Trail request from nanny

I am working as nanny but I never ask my new employer that I want to do trail ( we are good fit or not)
Now I am looking for new position but finding right family is very important for me ( for any nanny) Could I request family for trail? Thanks |

As a MB, I wouldn't have hired anyone we didn't do a trial day with.
Actually we did a half day trial. But still. |

If the children you watch tend to be better spellers than you - It might not be a good fit. |
