Just a shout out to our fabulous nanny who has been with us 12 years. She has been sick or called in sick less than 3 times. She coordinates her vacations with ours (we don’t ask). She goes above and beyond always. As our kids have gotten older she has transformed from playground and library guru to homework helper and encouraging supporter of athletic pursuits. She is appreciated each and every day. I hope all employers are lucky to find someone who is so fabulous.
