New Cultural Care matching system RSS feed

I know there have been some posts on this before, but I couldn't find answers to my questions.

This is our first time using the new matching system. Looks like as a HF we can connect with 6 au pairs at a time, up from 3 under the old system. Anyone know how many connections the AP can have? Also, if you requested a connection with an AP whose profile now says "Maxed Out Connections," can they not connect with you?

We are not in a rematch situation but need someone right away, so I'm starting with rematch au pairs. I think they are generally more likely to agree to a connection, so maybe we'll have fewer connection issues? I'm going to have to deal with out of country at some point soon though.

Good luck - CCAP has been horrible ever since they changed their matching system.

Just switch to APC and save yourself the headache!

+1, we switched to APC from CCAP, too.

We were in rematch once (before the new system was rolled out) but the pickings were slim. The PD/AD basically had to hand me an AP before she hit the website and got snatched up. She was one our best APs! So you may want to ask your matching specialist for help like that if your're going to stick with CCAP.
