I am an elite 135.00 Professional Nanny. The fact i charge so much money means I am more professional and more skilled than the 35.00 ELITE nannies in the DC area. If this sounds absurd, then so do the other posts where 'quality' is based on the price you pay. The nannies on this forum that ask for high wages need serious reality checks!

MB here. A professional nanny wouldn't post this nonsense. |
OP can stick to her slave labor. Certain other parents want (and can afford) better. You shouldn’t be so bitter, OP. Children really do deserve the best possible care while you’re gone. |
Exactly. It’s probably the agency that advocates for low nanny wages. |
As do the parents that thinks they can get quality care without paying a living wage. Look up the living wage in DC... |
Such nonsense. |
What do do that a Nanny charging $25 an hour doesnt do? |
obvious troll is obvious |
What can you do that a $35 an hour nanny can't?
How many languages do you speak? Can you sail a boat? Can you drive stick? How many infants can you care for on your own? |
Perhaps you’ve never heard of “you get what you pay for”? Or does that apply only if you aren’t a nanny employer? And in case you must be told the obvious, due diligence (as usual!) is required. |
Your post shows how ignorant you are, and how this systemic belief has caused many parents to be bled dry. |
You and “many parents” should send your poor kids to daycare. |
Exactly. Not everyone can afford a nanny for their child. |
Idk why this is such a hard concept for some parents. |
NP. 1. 2 2. Yes 3. Yes 4. 2 infants and 2 others OR 1 infant and 4-5 others OR up to 10 children 18 months or older |
