| I extended with 2 and paid the fee. I left the stipend the same but upped the gifts by a LOT...not as an incentive, but as appreciation. |

Flew them home for 2 weeks (bonus vacation) to visit family while visa was still good for rentry.
Paid their fees; $1000 bonus at end of year and 2 more weeks of vacation at end for their “travel month”. |

No boyfriend and a few sweet friends in the area but most are going home in July. She's a great fit for our family and we all really have enjoyed the year so far. |

About how much is their fees? So they get 4 weeks off in the 2nd year? And did you mentioned that before they decided to extend or after? |

We offered it after. We also have not extended with some APs who wanted to stay -- but they did a good job so we still flew them home and gave them time off before they started their second year with another family. Fees are under $500. Big thing is they lose travel month and cannot leave country in second year. |
