Looking for new AP. LCC and placement lady pushing a year 2 candidate who rematched THREE TIMES her first year. Wtf? Once is totally understandable. Twice could be bad luck (with a good explanation)....but THREE TIMES? Oh and she’s ben with her current family 2 months and they don’t want to extend!

I am with you, OP. Swipe left.

What agency? Does it have a small pool? I would definitely question whether to stay with this agency

I was an AP who did rematch once. I wish I could have done it twice because the second family was way worse than the first.
Maybe this AP is terrible, maybe she was unlucky ...

It is APIA. Maybe she’s unlucky but that’s really bad luck...

My current AP rematched three times. She had some horrendous HF situations. She is the second best au pair that we've had. Worth talking to at the very least.....

+1. My best AP rematched twice.

Just say you're not interested. I'm sure there are other candidates.

I would consider someone in rematch. I would not consider someone in rematch 2 times over. She might be unlucky, but that bad lucky is likely to stick as long as she's an au pair. HPs have to make decisions based on the limited information we're given. This is a major red flag. You don't have the time and energy to sort through this person's life. It's not worth the risk.

It depends.
Did you even look at why before posting this?
