| [i]i have a 3 moths old baby and I have a Question. How to find a emergency Nanny? How much is the rate? and what should I ask her ? |
| You need to have at least 2-3 babysitters for back up care. Maybe more. We have 2 and almost always one of them is available. You need to find someone who isn’t employed with a regular job. If you have a nanny, I suggest paying the back up sitter the same rate. If your child is in day care, then maybe ask the person what their rate is. Also make sure the back sitters have relevant experience in the age group. |

I used MetroParentRelief with great success. Used them for the occasional last minute emergency day, and also for longer periods when our nanny was on vacation.
Stacey is the owner and she's very responsive. Congrats on your baby. |
Not OP, what is their rate? |
