What do you keep at the host’s home (with their blessing of course).
My list for things so far is: Pack n play White noise machine Diapers and wipes Extra clothing I am sure I am missing things. We combo feed at the moment, so maybe I’ll keave formula there and a couple bottles and then provide daily bottles of breastmilk as well? We will chip in for household items as well, but for now I’m just trying to figure out what stuff of ours to have at their house. Little one is 4 months old. Thank you!!! |
| Nanny here. I think you have a good list. I would make sure to have the necessities, but also think about bringing other things like a bouncer and toys that you know your son likes. |
|
For summer:
- hat - sunscreen once baby is old enough Others: - diaper cream - dedicated bottles so you don’t have to transport every day - little snacks once eating solids - some favorite toys - sleep sack if you use - a lovey - back up pack n play sheet - blanket/cover for stroller |
Remember an open container of formula only lasts so long - check your label. |

Start freezing breastmilk. Nanny can thaw as needed.
Anything you need at home may be needed there. Go through the nursery, make a list from that. Don't forget things like a towel and washcloth (diaper blowout results in an immediate bath!), soap, etc. |
| Medicine your child may need: infant tylonel, gas drops, gripe water, etc. |
