You can use it toward any child care expenses, so, yes, your nanny's salary. However, the contribution limits will in no way cover the entirety of your nanny's salary.

This covers what you pay for childcare (nanny, day care whatever). It’s limited to $5k a year so most likely your nanny will be far more expensive.
