Have anyone used the service of League of Private Childcare ? I put an ad on Care.com and I received a message from them. From the website it looks quite promising.

OP here. Here is the webpage:

http://www.lophomecare.com/

The company operates like a cleaning company. Nannies are their employees, so they take care of taxes, insurance, etc. Family pays the company and not directly to the nanny. The company will send a replacement nanny if the current nanny is sick or not working out with the family.

The important question is what do they pay the nannies?

In other words, you don’t have a choice about who is sent? I would suggest passing.

I know this is an old post, but I was wondering if the OP ended up using this service? I received information on Care.com as well and was considering using it. Thanks!
