| The biggest determining factor is how many hours you are offering. I think if you are offering at least 40 hours, you should be able to find someone. |

I think it is very feasible.
Many Nannies would love a four-day workweek, especially w/Fridays off! I know I definitely would.

I have friends who do this -- each parent takes every other Friday off by working a longer day the other 9 days. Their nanny has been with them for five years. |

| Me! It was the major selling point of my current job. I work 9.5 hour days so I am full time but still have Fridays off to see a former charge. I love it! |

I think it’s totally feasible! I’m a nanny and personally, I’d definitely be all over this in a heartbeat
