DB mocks Mb

Db mocks and makes fun of mb behind her back. I am leaving this job very soon but not sure what to do in the mean time. I usually ignore or walk away. He makes fun of how much she eats, her parenting style.
It's very mean spirited.

Without being there it’s hard to say how I would respond. Is it light hearted and is she in on it or is it mean spirited and behind her back? If it’s light hearted I’d probably flip him shit right back and have fun with them. If it were mean spirited, I’d probably ask the mom to talk to her privately, get coffee or whatever and ask if everything is ok and let her know what he does. She deserves to k ow the man she shares her house with disrespects her. Then I’d start looking for another job.

It's mean spirited. Usually he's ranting right after she leaves for work. He will try to give me the back story and say "right?" And want my input. I walk away and busy myself with a task. It started with him just ragging on his in laws which didn't bother me. It's now everything from she's obsessed with food to her bathroom habits.

He once made a penis joke about himself and I gave him a really mean look and left. He's never done it again

Gross. If you don't believe me fine move a long. I'm seeking real advice. If it were once fine, but this is constant. He works from home a few days a week. It usually starts because she calls home and asks him to do something. Last week she asked him start dinner. He then went on a rant about her being obsessed with food.

Hes the type of person who says what's on his mind. I almost quit after the penis joke. Honestly I need the money until I can find another job.

He sounds like a creep, and his wife will figure that out sooner or later and hopefully dump him. Ranting about his wife and inlaws is one thing, but the lewd remark would make me not want to be alone with him.

The point of the above is not that he will go, “Oh no! Your comfort is my goal and I have failed!” The point is that she has never addressed this like an adult by telling him that the behavior is not okay, sonin his mind they are both laughing together about his “terrible” wife. OP needs to speak up before any of the other extreme nonsense on here (quit or tattle to MB).
