I have, but only when parents knew about serious special needs and didn’t disclose during the hiring process. However, I still think that it’s due to the parents, because had they been up front and honest, I would not have agreed to the position or I would have negotiated differently.

Amazing how some people think it's ok to take advantage of the person who allows you to go out to your office job.

I have. Some children are god awful. Usually it's the parents though!
