Nanny acquaintance is scheduling to get her NKs haircut

A nanny I see often, but I'm not too close with due to vastly differing opinions/philosophies has scheduled to get her NKs haircut without permission. Her NK is a 2-year-old boy with longer hair, it drives her insane. She's very old school and gripes about the length often. She's told several of us she has scheduled a haircut for her NK without permission because she "doubts they'll even notice" and he "needs to start looking like a little boy." Obviously she is crossing a line and I'm unsure of what to do. I probably will keep my mouth zipped, but I know I'd be beyond pissed if someone cut my kids hair without permission.
She's the type of nanny who thinks she knows best and will say her NK is "her kid" and act like he'd be better off with her and constantly criticizes the parents. |

| Stay out of it. The haircut won't kill him and then the parents will clearly see exactly what they are dealing with. |
