I found the ad, but I'm not sure which ad network served it. But, the nanny section only uses two networks. So I have contacted both of them about it.

I am sorry this is happening. I have been able to identify the problematic ad and I am trying to get it stopped now. Hopefully, this will stop soon.

Please let me know if this continues. I am trying to stop it, but I have no way to know if it stops unless I hear from users.

Thanks for reporting this. I was able to reproduce it very quickly and identify the source. I have stopped ads from that network and will pass the information on to them so that they can remove it from their system.
Please let me know if there are additional recurrences.
