Greetings,

Does anyone know of a good free summer camp in NW DC?

Thanks,

Free? Even the county camps charge, and they fill up fast.

Maybe contact Boys and Girls club?

Perhaps you can ask for a scholarship for your children?

It's also awfully late to be looking into camps. Do you not have summer child care for your kids? What is your plan if you can't find a free camp?

Yeah, you are not going to find this so start looking for more realistic solutions.

A bunch of day or two-day ones are free but they are almost certainly booked up by now:

PP here. Reduced rate camps are here (but you had to register back in January):

Perhaps these help someone another time...

Look into Vocational Bible Schools offered by various churches. Lutheran, Baptists, Methodists usually have them for like $10-15 for a week 9-4 or something like that for potty trained kids. I'm in VA and 3 churches around us offer these. They are not extremely religious camps, but yes kids will Jesus.

Vacation Bible Camp they tend to be half day, like 9-12:30pm or 6pm - 9 pm
