It seems like our nanny never wears a bra. It does not necessarily bother me, I just find it odd. Should I ask her to wear a bra?

Unless she has them hanging out in your face I don't see a problem. Weird she doesn't wear one but maybe she does and it just isn't supportive.

OP here, they don't hang out, but you can just tell she is definitely not wearing one. They bounce all over the place. I just find it odd.

+1 The mother/nanny relationship is hard enough without your neurotic mothers making it worse.

She probably IS wearing a bra, just not a good one, because good ones (especially for bustier girls) cost big money. Or maybe she wears a sports bra but not one that really holds them in place too well. I'm a 32G myself (on a petite, 4'11" body) and I know how difficult and expensive it is to find a bra that fits well, so I think you should seriously butt out. You can't dictate what her underwear is and you are seriously over-stepping your boundaries.
