MB's, how often do you give positive feedback to your nanny?

And what do you say to them?
My MB will always say thank you but rarely compliments or gives positive feedback. She did say I was great with DD and said I was invaluable the other day but really, I never know what she is thinking about me.

As often as I can -- I know how important it is. I also make a point of giving her credit for things (like something she taught me or something cute or polite that DD did) in front of other people.
