Considering getting an au pair- timing?

We are new to this. We are considering getting an au pair and would want her to start sometime in July or August 2017.
Probably going with CC agency. Is it too soon to start interviewing potential candidates? Would more candidates be available perhaps a bit closer to summer or does it not make a difference? Thanks! |

| There will be some now. But right after the new year, Jan or Feb, is your best bet of time to start. |

| Thanks. The CC program person I spoke with was pushing me to interview and select an au pair sooner rather than later. But glad to see that Jan/Feb timeframe is fine for a summer start. |
