but I need some help.

Please let me know what this mean -> "what your availability would be?"

Is it correct if I reply and say, my availability is five days a week. Monday to Friday.

Tell them which days you can work (e.g. Monday to Friday from 6am till 8pm) and when you can start (e.g. October 4th).

It might also mean whether you're available to start now, or if you have to give notice at another job first.

Say when you can begin working, and what days and hours you can work.
