I would appreciate some insight into your personal experiences with the following questions. I'm in DC.

1) where did you source your G5 nanny? World bank bulletin board or other?
2) what do you pay your G5 nanny gross? What does the total cost after taxes etc work out to for you?
3) what responsibilities does your G5 nanny have besides child minding (eg laundry for baby, meal prep for family, etc)?
4) how many days off does your G5 nanny have as paid time off (sick days and personal days)? All federal holidays or only some?

What are you looking for specifically? Do you want to hire a nanny with a G5 visa or looking to sponsor someone to be a nanny on a G5 for your family. OP, my former au pair became a G5 nanny through a friend who posted an ad for her on the worldbank intranet board.
As I understand it, the pay, vacation and duty limits are dictated by the visa.

2) what do you pay your G5 nanny gross? What does the total cost after taxes etc work out to for you? - For the next 3 questions, check with your organization as they will provide you guidance on what you need to pay, tasks that are acceptable, and time off and holidays.

What difference does it make because American citizens cannot hire G5 and this means that if one parent is a US citizen and the other is not, you still cannot hire a G5.
