My nanny on G5 visa will be joining our family mid April.
Can you please provide recommendation and tips about the Heath Insurance I need, as a Employer, purchase for her?
I am on G4 visa.

check www.healthcare.gov but you cannot purchase any insurance until open season in November 2016.

There are exceptions to this. Loss of a job that results in loss of insurance, divorce, new job, etc - will allow you to purchase insurance even when it's not open enrollment.
