Flex Spending claim for Nanny when 1 child over age limit (13)

I usually submit my FSA claim for the cost of my kids Nanny with the names of both my children on the receipt. eg. childcare for "child 1, child2" Now one child has turned 13, so I can't make FSA claim for him. But I'm still paying the Nanny the same amount. I'm not paying 50% of child 1 and 50% for child 2. Do I just write childcare for "child 1" on the receipt? It doesn't seem right as she's caring for both children. I want to do it correctly as my ex is litigious and my financial records and child care costs have to be produced in child support cases.

How do people submit FSA claims for Nanny's in this situation?

If your 13yr old were taking care of him/herself, wouldn't you still need the nanny? Write down child that is age appropriate.

It's fine to submit for just the one child. It's a legitimate childcare expense and you have spent the money.

There will be no issue with reimbursement. (The money in the FSA is your money anyway, so it's only an issue if you're attempting to fraudulently avoid paying taxes on that money - which you're not. You have appropriately incurred the expense.)
