I *love* my nanny work

I know this forum is mostly for expressing dissatisfaction, so I want to share my gratitude for working with a truly amazing family. Only one child so far and two of the most conscientious parents I've ever known. They regard me as a partner in their parenting and compensate me well. I adore their child and will do anything to help support the best possible development of their child for as long as possible. Needless to say, they never try to take advantage of my dedication. I wish more of my nanny colleagues were so blessed.

I love my nanny job as well
It's been 2 years and 2 months so far.
The kids are 13 and 11, so I work a split shift + an overnight once a week.
I hope to stay with them until the older one can drive!!
