| Does anyone have experience completing a Form 9141 prevailing wage determination in order to hire a foreign nanny? I am hitting a road block finding information on the survey name and survey date of publication required to complete the form. |

| And you can't find a nanny already in the US who speaks the language? Don't you have to prove that you tried to fill the position before you can bring someone else in? |

| Just so that you are aware, page 4 of form 9141 is to be completed by the government, not the employer. You don't set the wage, you just fill out the other three pages, and you don't need a survey to do so. |

| Thank you for the assistance........... I have already recruited in order to fill the position and have not been able to find someone who speaks the specific African dialect required. |
