| Any way to track websites that our nanny has frequented over our wifi during working hours. Its recently been brought to our ATTN that our nanny is pretty much on her phone 24/7. Weird thing is she is still very good at her job and we haven't had an issue. |

Absolutely. Ask to view her browsing history, or require that she only use the wifi on a device you provide. However, the likelihood of either is rather slim.
Perhaps a better idea would be to ask how much of what she's doing online while your child is awake is child-related, and to ask her to provide examples if you don't trust her. |
| Load some free open source firmware, like Open WRT, onto your router and set it to record all website names into a log. Then you just check the log and match up the times, anything visited during your nannies hours is hers. |
| What are you so afraid of? |
| This seems pretty invasive. If I found out my employers did this I'd quit on the spot and very much consider suing them. |
| Just change the wifi password so she can't access it. How old are your kids? |
|
I find it odd that someone who is on their phone 24/7 can adequately care for much less supervise a young child.
Your last two statements do not add up. |

My kids love her. At the end of the day the house is spotless. Dinners made. All laundry has been done. My kids have art work on the walls and they have smiles on. They cry for her when she leaves. I have zero idea how she does with the amt of time she is glued to her phone. Our kids are 18 months, 3, and 5
We love her and never thought she would be doing this. Not sure if it's recent. My job monitors all our websites used or has firewalls up or whatever to prevent usage. |
| Is it possible your source of information is exaggerating then |
| If she's performing at her job so well, why do you want to spy on her? Why wouldn't you start by just speaking with her? |
So she's doing her job, your kids are safe and happy, yet you're snooping around looking for something to be upset about? Find a real problem. |
So it sounds like she answers texts briefly while kids play, and may be actually going online during naptime? What's the issue? |
| How do you know she's on the phone all day? Do you have hidden cameras? Kids exaggerate so maybe the 5 year old maid she was on her phone all day which means 15 mins. Still not ok but unless you have proof it's kind of weird you're upset. |
