Estimate nanny costs in DC

I am trying to get a handle on the cost of hiring a nanny in DC. Is it simply the wage plus 6.2% social security tax plus 1.45% medicare tax plus 0.60% federal unemployment tax (on first $7,000 of wages) plus 2.70% state unemployment tax (on first $9,000 of wages)? Does this sound correct to folks or am I missing something? TIA.

Worker's comp may be something you also want to do.
