Nanny Agency Recommendations for Baltimore RSS feed

Anonymous
Hi All.

I have a friend in need in Baltimore and I thought maybe you would have some suggestions. She needs a skilled, professional, experienced nanny. It's an older child (8) with a pretty chaotic home life right now as parents are likely divorcing. The child needs stability, support, structure and calm. The nanny would need to be able to work in a highly stressed environment and be able to provide loving, structured care. The boy is a good kid - loving, fun, smart, but he is showing the stress of his home life.

So I think an agency would be best able to find her specialized and experienced nanny support. Any recommendations?

(FYI - she would pay well, as needed, for this.)

Thanks!

I don't have an agency reccomendation, but does your friend have contact information she would be willing to share? I am a nanny relocating to Baltimore and I have experience working with the kinds of challenges you mention. Thanks!

Thanks for replying. I'm not sure if she does, but I could chat further with you offline. (I'm the one encouraging her to do this as she's a bit overwhelmed right now.)

If you like, you can email me at genuseb@yahoo.com and I could tell you a bit more, and maybe you could share your resume (if you're comfortable doing so) or a bit about your work history that might relate to the limited description I gave?

Thx.
