Are you members of care tribe? That tribe seem so cliquey and run by a power crazy admin.

I reported a naked photo a nanny posted of her charge and owned up to it in the group when she complained. I was promptly deleted. They DGAF about professionalism, safety, or the children in their care (broadly speaking, of course).

I am a member of NCT and have found it to be one of the most helpful many groups I have found. Great moderator that keeps things on track, a huge range of experience and background giving great insight from all different directions, a good community…

Oh, so everyone has stopped bitching about their employers, posting pictures of children who aren't theirs to social media, and calling said children "shits" and worse? Cause that's what was going on when I was a member. Useless.

That hasn't been the case at all since I had been a member, about 5 months maybe... Some still complain about employers, not my favorite part, however there is so much helpful info and sharing of ideas

There are some pretty strict rules and guidelines for the group in the moderator seems to kick anybody out who breaks them, so it really has been kept pretty professional as far as I could see

I actually like NCT. Probably because I never have been discriminated againts.
