When we hired her, we promised we'd have her until DC was 3. Nanny went p/t when DC was 3.5. Now that school is starting, we need to use aftercare at preschool because we have topped out of the money we saved to have a nanny.
What is fair for lead time, although I am not sure she'll be looking to be a nanny. Also, can she file for unemployment if she was part-time? |
Just give her two weeks notice. |
Why not have a discussion with her? She may have been staying on just for your convenience, for all we know. Talk with her. |
I concur. Re: Unemployment...I am not sure about this one. Sorry. |
