I just wanted to mention that there is an EXCELLENT post talking about the DISC profile that some agencies use, what it means and how to use it when matching. It blew me away and I think I will pay a lot more attention to that profile going forward! If anyone is matching at the moment, I would encourage you to read it.

We just matched and now I am going back though the profile to see what it will tell me, after the fact!

I am interested in that post, but I also wanted to take my own profile quiz and haven't done it yet. . . we are in the matching process with CC right now!
