Tired of knee-jerk reactions from MB

I get so weary of my MB's knee-jerk reaction to things. So very tired.

I love my change and I love my job. I just wish my employer were a little bit more mature, deductive and rational about things she hears and/or reads.

That's all - just a short vent.
