Your post is confusing, OP. You have five months left on your contract and they have told you that you have no PTO left during that time because they are traveling? You have not used up your PTO/sick time?

| Yes, of course, it is allowed (it isn't illegal). I'm a nanny who doesn't get any paid sick time at all. But, no, it isn't right although there is nothing you can do about it. Wash your hands often so you don't get sick. |
