range for nanny share

long-time nanny of my now full-time preschooler and my baby. Pay is 19. We are entering a share situation. Two similar aged babies. What is the range for a nanny-share. I'm thinking 24-26. More?

I searched. I was on page 6 and still just hearing about bonuses between shares etc.

She will have 4 kids? Or two most of the time and three when preschool is out?

If it's the latter (2 babies + preschooler sometimes), then $24-$26 seems fair.

The harder thing for me would be how to deal with the split when she has three. Do both sets of parents still pay 50/50, or are you already planning to pay more since you have two?

I'm planning to pay 2-3 dollars more an hour since the share is at my house and she will sometimes (though not often) have my preschooler
