If you are in a share, do you prefer one family over the other?

If you are a nanny in a share, do you prefer one family over the other? Be honest. Obviously people are going to prefer one family more due to personalities and attitudes.

yes. I am the nanny and definitely prefer one family over the other, though I do my best never to show it and always be professional. although all 4 parents are great, the family that annoys me more is the one where the parents come late on a regular basis without even an apology or text saying they'll be late. it really irritates me :/

MB here. My husband and I are never late, but we pick up our son 10-15 minutes before the work day ends. The other family often lets the nanny go early. Do you think our nanny resents us?

Well, I'm sure she likes the other family better, just like a kid might prefer the grandma that always brings cookies. However, you contracted for certain hours of work, and unless you're late all the time, I would not sweat this one bit.

I don't think she resents you for it, but I am sure she likes the "perk" the other family gives her.

Its the same in my share. Both families are very kind and generous, but one family has their shit together and the other one can be a bit of a mess.
