I've gotten some amazing advice on this message board but most recently was able to "diagnose" a dislocated elbow in my charge's preschool class based on what I've read here from other nannies. I am now known as "Super Nanny" at school!!!

I've never seen a pat about diagnosing any medical condition so I find this very strange. Can you link the post?

LOL I remember that post, too. Go back and look for it. I've been on DCUM Nanny Forum since about last November so it was some time in the last year.
