Like I said before, being offered to do a share for $32 while getting $27-$28/hr for one baby would be insulting to me. Shares are 1,5 of one-baby rate, otherwise you are accepting your nanny's charity. If nanny makes $27 per baby, offer her $40 for a share, not $32. LOl, some moms have basic math problems.

They don’t have basic math problems they’re just CHEAP!
