Having two nannies for three children

This too shall pass! Just remember your baby has two older siblings who will probably give him/her loads of attention as they get older. Hopefully that will compensate in the long run. You could also consider getting a mother's helper for some of the evenings when your husband is away, so you are not spread so thin. No need to hire a nanny since you are there and in charge, but a high school student to play with the older children while you make dinner and tend to the baby might suffice.

Attention from older siblings may be more of a curse than a blessing, depending on temperaments.

+ 1. It is my older son who I feel gets shortchanged. I wish I could have two nannies, too. My baby is so difficult that my little guy just gives up trying to get my attention and sadly walks away. It kills me.

I dont understand why someone is having a third baby with an already absent father? how soon before he just moves out (and moves on altogether). Are you sure the baby isn't a ploy to try and keep him around?

I’m giving this a stronge side eye. Kids are seen as status symbols and casualties to most of you. Most of the parents on this forum are really glorified surrogates that only did the incubating for 9 months.
