Nanny here! Please ignore the negative comments. You are clearly trying to work with your nanny. However to be quite honest dealing with multiples require quite a bit of energy and being pregnant even though it's still early just might be a bit tough for her. In any event you should sit and think about it, chat with your husband. Please start searching for a backup plan. It will suck to be stuck without care should your nanny decide that she can't do it anymore..
