| Nanny here and you can absolutely say something politely and should. I don’t wear perfume to work but once when my sweet employer was pregnant and very sensitive to smells, she asked me to please change soap (it was Safeguard) and of course I complied immediately without any hurt feelings. |

2. No, professional nannies don’t wear perfume. Babies and young toddlers shouldn’t have it around, and with so many kids having asthma or allergies? We avoid it. |
