Wait, what???? What 40 yr old woman cannot warm food up correctly, get a load into wash, into dryer and folded, plus help with homework? We all do that without batting an eyelash on the weekends, come on!

What kind of 40 year old woman is still doing afterschool sitting jobs, at $15/hour no less? Clearly someone not so great at life. OP is probably one of those who wants the world for cheap, and tried to get a super experienced nanny for college aged sitter wages. She got a 40 year old who can't warm soup. Nice job.

OP isn't expecting much. The nanny sounds incompetent. I made $250 a week for 15 hours as a morning nanny for 6 years and family laundry, light housekeeping, errands and making breakfast/lunches/snacks were my agreed upon responsibilities. I was able to do it all and left early sometimes. Multitasking is not being a brain surgeon.
