I guess I never knew the name for what my employers expect and I personally choose to do. The kids can watch 5 minute videos on my phone for special treat.. But nothing outside of that. When the youngest was 2 months old we were still going outside daily..

pretty irresponsible for you to go out in weather like that with a 2 month old. I wouldn't brag about that if I were you.

Good thing you've never been to northern Europe in the Winter. Btw, you could learn how to properly bundle a baby to stay toasty warm.

Waldorf is so so much more than just screen time restrictions. It is likely not what you and your employers do unless you know much more about the philosophy than you're letting on here.

Pp here: my nanny fam is from Northern Europe and directed me to take him out (bundled properly of course) started at 2mo.... So call me irresponsible if you will but he is now a healthy happy one year old and never got sick, frost bitten or otherwise.
