part-time afternoon child care pick up and play with toddler

In need of a babysitter to pick up our son 3 days a week from daycare, drive him home, play, perhaps start dinner and just help get him settled. Hours would be 5-5:30pm until 7:20pm-7:30pm. Daycare and home are both in 22312. We would provide carseat, but sitter would need own car/insurance. Child is 19mo male, very lovable and energetic yet sweet boy. Days of the week vary week to week.
