I have 2 boys - ages 3 and 5. I would like to hire my 13yo neighbor as a mother's helper for a few hours a week.
How much is an appropriate rate for a 13yo? I would always be home with the 13yo. Would never leave the kids alone with her. My friend's 16yo daughter is also interested in babysitting for us. What is an appropriate rate for a 16yo? I would leave my kids for an hr or so to run errands. I would mostly use the 16yo also as a mother's helper so I'd be home most of the time. |
